• Shelly briefly explained step by step what was next and even gave me a sample to try. I love the skincuticles she let me have so o came back and bought a bigger bottle !! I have an upcoming appt with her in a month !! She even took pictures of my face before and I did a skin pen procedure yesterday and I told her the 1st person who did it I couldn't tell anything was done but she explained if I wanted to do more she would to be able to see a difference and I said yes. I am fairly read today but its normal. No pain what so ever !! I am very pleased to keep using yall 😊😊

• Elizabeth was wonderful, she made me feel safe and taken care of and her work was exceptional. She was very kind as well. The manager of the spa was also prompt and resolving to provide a very fast appointment that solved my need.
