• Dr Townsend and his staff were all warm , extremely knowledgeable and professional! Dr. Townsend performed a lower lid procedure and every step of the way he explained to me what was happening while the procedure took place . I felt I was in extremely capable hands . His attending nurse, Elaine was very professional and put me at ease during my procedure . The front desk manager, Matt was a pleasure and very professional as well. I'm in day 6 , post operatively and although there is residual bruising that is allways expected , I can already tell that my results are going to meet and probably exceed my expectations ! Thank you all !
