• 1. I usually go to the center in Wellesley, but I made the appointment in Boston because of the schedule. The day before, the receptionist in Boston called me to make sure that I had done that on purpose. I was impressed by the attention to detail. 2. Erin did a great job and had clearly gotten copies of my file from Wellesley. So she had all the information. 3. During check out, both the nurse and the receptionist were aware of pricing and value and wanted to make sure I wasn’t over charged. They also applied my coupons that were available. Frankly, I pay a fortune in Wellesley and had been seeking an alternative
