• I had not been to SkinHealth in Boston on Newbury St. before. The minute I got off the elevator on Friday at 1:45, I was greeted with warmth. The woman who greeted me and I started talking and she made me feel very comfortable. We talked about where we grew up, where we live, about children and other things. Only 5 minutes went by and it was time for my first appointment with Reeli. Reeli was calm, inquisitive, honest and professional. Reeli and I made a connection about her being from Estonia. Making connections made my experience solid. I'll return in 3-4 weeks. I've already told others and will share the contact info soon.
