• Doctor Townsend & Nurse Jen., were by far went above my expectations as a surgical team! Both took extreme extra care in professional chair/(e.g. bed) side manner during the surgery! They kept the conversation going through the whole surgery as a distraction (it worked,) and I am their biggest fans for life! I went in for surgery just another faceless patient and in 2 hrs. came out of surgery with a camradarie of 3 friends. We had a special bond. Whatever transpired during the surgery will forever be sacred in that room, between the bonds of nurse, Dr. and patient confidentiality in that surgical room. I was never afraid and Jen & the Dr. just kept the conversation going and it was amazing how the surgery went by so quickly! 👏👏👏👏
