• The entire staff greeted me with professionalism. The reception area is friendly and welcoming. I received text messages confirming my appointments and follow up visits. I also received 2 phone calls from Dr. Townsend directly. 1 was to try and schedule me in Andover however, I was able to get moved up in Boston due to a cancellation. My 2nd call from Dr. Townsend was the day after my procedure to check on me and if I had any concerns. Truly professional office from the moment you walk in and then on. I highly recommend your office and will go back for future needs. Thank you SkinHealth Center!!!
