• The treatment was outstanding…very thorough, professional service, etc.—-all were excellent! I did find it unfortunate that my American Express was declined and, with subsequent investigation, learned this was an error as a result of salon’s process and not my unencumbered credit card…the pending charge was dropped by American Express, as we also charged my Visa. My customer confusion and concern was unnecessary and, again, unfortunate. Supporting staff were kind and apologetic. All is fine and I intend on returning. Dr. Elizabeth Loika
