I have had pretty good customer service there. Sometimes at appointment I have to wait awhile. Last time my appointment wasn't the time I wrote down and I wrote it in my calendar at my last appointment. Thankfully I was able to get in but I would have been a bit upset if I wasn't able to. They were considering if they could get me in. I would like more info on specials etc.
