Very inviting and professional team. I inquired on line. Jennifer followed up & called to make my appointment. That was wonderful to actually talk with someone instead of asking things online. I didn't expect to see her, but she greeted me and checked me in at the location. Lauren did my procedure. Very knowledgeable, she knows her stuff and is a top notch expert! Lauren considered my budget and worked with me to set up a plan to achieve my beauty needs. Jennifer followed up with me again to make an appointment with Lauren.
