Krystal was so knowledgeable and very friendly. She took time to review my past treatments and asked for my feedback/experience with those. After reconfirming my goals she suggested an alternative treatment that she thought was a better fit. I love the flexibility the membership provides! I’d never had Botox with Skin Body Soul before and commented that I was probably due for a touch up. She was able to complete that at the end of visit, which saved me a return visit. I made sure to book my next appointment with her.
