I based my score on my experience with Christina. She's knowledgeable about the products and procedures/treatments. I have a lot of trust in her. She's personable, professional, easy to converse with. She's not a pressure sales person, she certainly recommends different products etc. but if I decline, she's gracious about it. Every appointment with her is pleasant and relaxing!
