Service was great as always! However, Jenn M was my therapist on 10/9/21 and she tried to cut the session short by 10 minutes. When I said something about it her reply was "I have a client after you but I can give you 5 more minutes" at the end of those 5 minutes she said "I can't give you another 5 minutes" the way she said it made it seem like I was in the wrong and like she was doing me a favor, even though I was paying for a 60 minute session. I also had a session with her on 9/30 and she cut that session short by 5 minutes. I was already off the table before I noticed the time so I did not get a chance to say anything during the 9/30 appointment. That is my only complaint.
