• Draya was amazing! Her customer service as well as the massage experience. However it was really hard to get someone to answer the phone to give directions because the facility was hard to find, as a result I lost 12 minutes of the massage and she did not make up the time so instead of a 90 minute massage I got 78 minutes that was disappointing.
