• 1) The location - from my room, I couldn't hear front desk noise like receptionists' loud conversation or loud lobby music (like I did recently at skin spa's Midwest/57th location; was so annoying). 2) the prenatal massage masseuse was much better than the one I had at the 57th location. 3) the front desk employee - she was the best. Very genuine, kind, no attitude, impatience, gave me a tour of the new space. It's amazing how one company's quality level can differ so much based on the location. I feel someone should be in charge of quality control and consistency of consumer experience across each Skin Spa, since there are so many. I was about to completely write off skin spa before this last appointment since my last experience was not worth the $, but figured I'd go again since I did have a massage left in a previously purchased package. Instead, I'll definitely be returning to this location (and masseuse!)
