• I went in for my first facial in a year; I was excited but nervous as I had not been to New York Skin Spa before. However, the reviews were good and they offered me a great deal as a first time client. I accidentally showed up to the wrong location and the receptionist kindly offered to call the correct location to advise them that I would be running a few minutes behind. I was treated with much understanding when I arrived to the correct location for my appointment. My esthetician, Jolita, was so amazing throughout my entire service. She provided me with advice in regards to my skin care and did a very thorough job. I have already booked my next appointment!
