• We had some booking issues but overall I had a great experience. Appointment was at 11am on a Saturday. I arrived with a friend, also scheduled for 11, about 15 minutes early. We were offered coffee/tea while we waited. There was male and female on staff and we were offered preference for comfortability. The masseuse brought me into the room about 5 minutes early and went over all instructions. I was assigned Alex, who was very kind and calming. I had the lavender aromatherapy 60 min fully body massage and it was wonderful. Alex asked if there were any areas I needed particular focus on and they were well attended to. The room was a bit small and chilly, but the music and heated table were amazing. I would definitely go back.
