• Because I thought that having only one employee doing all the work by herself was quite remarkable, although very unsafe due to safety issues. She did amazing but for safety reasons I think it's really repugnant on the company to schedule only one employee to check in, do treatments, answer phones, check out patients, clean rooms and attend to the lobby. Not cool or safe at all. She did above and beyond but overall not good schedule planning on the company's role. If something happened again she's all alone. Not SAFE
