• I was welcomed so warmly by the young woman at the front desk - she was so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Shanley and her assistant, Joe, were the same. Dr. Shanley explained the procedure extensively, and asked throughout how I was doing. Joe was very kind and they both put me at ease.
