• Every time I have gone, from the ladies at the front to the Doctors office seen, every one is so Friendly and welcoming!! Embarking on a new service can be anxiety enducing, but I have always been made to feel at ease and relaxed. Everybody listens to you and makes sure all your questions and concerns are met and addressed. Having a very similar type business myself, I have high expectations for my staff and want to make sure that all who enter and choose us, feels as if they just stepped into their friends home ...you absolutely feel this at SKIN MD in Shrewsbury and one other point is phone calls. Whenever I have called or have been called, the ladies are ALWAYS upbeat and that definitely translates over the phone and is such an important part of a guests' overall experience. A 10++ for sure!😊😊😊
