I had the Neogen treatment in January. I have not seen any improvement in my skin. I was quite worried before I went in for my follow up appointment that skin MD would try to gaslight me but much to my surprise they agreed with me. I will go back in one more month and then a decision will be made how to rectify this. I could not ask for more, I certainly appreciate the customer service.
