I know great customer service when I receive. I taught it and performed the duties of a senior flight attendant for Amtrak for 36 years. I was sharing and showing my most vulnerable flaws. It got tough to say a few times but Tianna never flinched. She sat there like the entire front staff looking young, beautiful and welcoming. That was me at 25 in Phila. when I began. You made me nostalgic and that made me incredibly happy. I can only hope the procedures live up to my expectations as well. I've already told all 3 of my besties b/c I'm an optimist.
Please don't disappoint. I'm retiring at 60 within 6 months. I need this to give me life. I know a lot of women... coast to coast.
