While I admired the enthusiasm of the staff selling the product I would have liked to have had the opportunity to review the contract outside of the business, which barely felt like an option in the moment I walked in for a consultation. For a day or so, I stressed a bit, having signed a binding contract during initial meeting. But as nothing prevented me from making clearer my need to review the proposal in my own time I have no one to blame but myself.
That criticism aside, my needs were met, and my price for several treatments favourably competitive. I do not regret any of it. The salon atmosphere is relaxed and the friendly staff removed any previous doubts. Very pleased with everything and will return in Spring for other/ and additional treatments.
Madison talked through everything with me. Told me the process and what to expect. She helped me not be so nervous.
