• Timely, clean, friendly and knowledgable staff. Even today when the office was running about 15 min late, I thought it was amazing that they texted me to let me know. I was able to get in a quick errand before arriving for my appt. 15 min isn't really that late (to me at least, I work in a hospital myself,everyone is always late!!) But it was so considerate of Skin MD to text me to let me know... they are very considerate of my time and I appreciate that. Nicole Martin is wonderful, very thorough and I never feel like she's in a rush, very relaxing. Thank you!
