• The workforce is highly trained and consistent. I've been treated by three different people and there was no difference between in the quality of care. Further, EVERYONE is personable and professional without being obsequious. Facility is comfortable without being overly cold and clinical.

• I always have a great experience at SkinMD. I had an appointment for laser hair removal yesterday and the laser broke, during the client before me. There was not enough time for the staff to reach me, before I got there. They were so apologetic! I was offered a complimentary Venus facial, for the inconvenience. I had asked about a Diamond Glow facial instead and they did that for me!! They could not have been more nice or accommodating!
