• From the 1st interaction with Olivia for the initial consultation and the opportunity to meet Dr. Flashner at the Boston beautiful location on Newbury St.; then my procedure with the so personable and skilled Dr. Ko with Jessica NP by his side and her taking with such patience all my recovery questions and f/up appointment; kudos to Karyn to problem solve my compression garment challenge; then onto to meet the Peabody staff - great care experience with Giselle and Allison (Ally)!
