• I was really happy with how Dr. Ko and staff handled some small issues that I had developed after facetite. They listened to my concerns and talked about solutions. I felt heard and respected as a client. I've been to places where the first response is to deny or minimize any problems. There was no hint of that - just working together to solve issues for my wellbeing. For me trust is hugely important when picking a place for cosmetic surgery and interactions like this increase my trust.
