• All the staff there are very knowledgeable and supportive. Topics like weight and things you might not like about yourself that you want to change aren't always topics that are easy to discuss and I've never felt uncomfortable there. The women I've met working there are always comfortable in sharing their own experiences with different treatments too, which makes me feel like they not only know the objective information I'm looking for, but they offer subjective information where they can. I have had Botox, lip injections, and am on a weight loss medication there and every treatment I've had so far I have been 10/10 satisfied with at completion. Even when my first Botox injection needed some touch up, I just communicated my concerns and they fixed it right away without making me feel like I was imposing, (I never have been good at saying when something is wrong with a service, I have walked around with messed up nails for weeks before because I won't speak up at the nail salon 😭) and they fixed the concerning area right away and it was perfection. Honestly, SkinMD Hanover can take all my money... and they do 😂.
