• I rated it a 10, because no matter when I go or who I am seeing, or who is at the front desk, everyone is welcoming, takes the time to explain any questions, and will always tell you about promotions, but no pressuring. During services, always professional, very knowledgeable about the service, and I always feel like I can trust them.

• Stephanie is just amazing. So professional, knowledgeable, nice and always remembers what I was talking about last time! Follow-up to see how you are feeling after procedure is always great. Everyone is so welcoming when you walk in and always gives you all the time you want to discuss something. I have done coolsculpting multiple times there and everyone takes the time to make sure the right area is figured out to maximize the result and that I am comfortable during the session. Again, Stephanie is a huge reason I keep going back (but there are many others!)
