• I found the front desk personnel very helpful and engaging -- willing to answer all my questions. My daughter and I found Mary the "laser tech" to be awesome. She was far more interested in making sure my daughter had a safe experience and did not run the risk of untoward reaction as she was still Tan -- no " factory" attitude -- it was refreshing and greatly increased my trust in your office!!

• Dr Shanley and her assistant (forgot her name but she was lovely!) made the process so relaxing and enjoyable. Dr Shanley knew exactly what she was doing and my lips ended up as perfect as I had imagined. From the time I booked with Stephanie, through my check and check out with her, the process was seamless and made me feel extremely comfortable. I will definitely be back!
