• Since first meeting with Dr. Flashner years ago, I've been confident in the guidance and treatments provided by Dr. Flashner and his staff. It's worth traveling over an hour to see them. In particular, I'm grateful to Lindsay who suggested I try Neogen Plasma, a newer treatment she felt was more appropriate for my skin type, versus trying the Morpheus8 treatment I booked before Neogen was available. Yesterday, Crystal administered the treatment and was terrific! She answered my questions and explained what was going to happen throughout my session and afterwards, so I was prepared and understood the process. Crystal's communication, expertise, and confidence allowed me to relax throughout the procedure. I'm excited to see how my skin improves over the next year!
