Initially, I was part of the friends and family discount program. As soon as the employer I was related to stop working for Skin MD, my discount went away with no notice or concession. I've remained a loyal customer even after their leave with no acknowledgment or consideration of discount. An acknowledgment of appreciation of my continued business by way of a continued discount should be implemented and would be an incentive for me to take advantage of more services SkinMD offers.
