It was incredible to meet Kristin and have an open discussion about my options. Financial concern was a big aspect and Kristin treated me so wonderfully with no judgement. Not only was this my first time coming in and having some reserves with coming to a new practice. She spoke with honesty and treated me like a human being. I felt like I could trust her judgement without feeling judged. 12/10 experience I hope everyone that works at skin MD treats clients the same way.
