I am very self conscious about my appearance and was nervous about the injections, but Mikayla (sp?) at the front desk was so kind and welcoming I was able to relax a bit.
Nadia's bedside manner was exactly what I needed prior to my treatments. She was encouraging and informative. I trusted her evaluation and recommendations for what was genuinely necessary to reach my goals without making me feel self conscious.
Another staff member I spoke with on my way out was lovely too, I wish I had caught her name to acknowledge her here.

The office is clean, the employee are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
I thought the whole experience was great. I am afraid of needles but I think her name was Mikayla was great at calming me down and answering my questions. Give that girl a raise!
