I was warmly welcomed when I arrived at SkinMD, and the space felt calm and professional. What truly made the visit stand out, though, was meeting Johanna.
Johanna is exceptional—knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. She took the time to understand my goals, asked thoughtful questions about what I’ve been doing to reach them, and what I hoped to achieve. Our conversation felt genuine and personal, never rushed.
She clearly explained the services SkinMD offers and how each one could support my specific needs. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, making sure I understood every detail and felt confident moving forward.
What I appreciated most was how much she truly cared. She made the entire experience comfortable, informative, and encouraging. SkinMD is lucky to have her, and I’m grateful for the time and care she gave me during my visit.
