The technician wanted to keep me safe so we rescheduled the appointment. I wanted to stay safe too. The paperwork you provide says to stay out of the sun for 2-4 weeks. I followed that suggestion and was out of the sun for 2.5 weeks and came in for my visit. I wish I knew ahead of time it should read four weeks. Because when I came in, we decided a person with my complexion should wait four weeks. Had I known that ahead of time, it would have been much easier. I took time off work, had people attend meetings for me, paid $50 for numbing cream, applied it to my full legs and drove one hour round trip with numb legs to be told I should wait four weeks. I'd rather be safe so I am happy to wait I just wish I knew ahead of time. Just some feedback so other people know it should be four weeks too. Thanks for everything though! I'm coming back in two weeks

The woman I spoke with was very nice and I received a lot of great information. The location was very clean and nice looking and professional.
