First - it's Brianna being there she is the best! Second - all the staff were so nice and kind and helpful. Third - the facility is very nice and comfortable. Lastly - I have not experienced a laser treatment that used cool air simultaneously with the laser. That was seriously an improvement over my last place.

Dr. Shanley was the best! Extremely talented, kind, and professional. Made my first Botox session comfortable and relatively pain free :)
