• Shannon was excellent-- she took time at the beginning of the session to learn about where I am getting my laser hair treatments. She checked in with me throughout the session to make sure I was okay, and made sure I felt satisfied with the treatment after. She also applied a soothing gel and sunblock after and it felt like a mini facial, which was lovely.
