• It's a small office, I generally have a good experience and nice relationships with the staff there, the event last night was short but informative! The regional manager was welcoming and the group was intimate. No complaints here

• Gabrielle was excellent: provided efficient and thorough service with friendly, professional demeanor and clear explanations in response to my questions. Only reason for not a 10 is I waited for a while before anyone helped me (and the tea also took a long time). The initial interaction could have been more welcoming.
