• Emma at reception is always a gem. I also really liked the woman who did my laser. I scheduled a 30 minute touch up and they asked me what I had done today and I shared 30 minute touch up but then heard someone say "no, she went longer than that" which was a tad off putting (and also, if it was going to go longer and I would be charged more, I would have just stopped at 30 minutes). Michele (who is always amazing) jumped in and told me she would charge me for what I scheduled (without me saying anything). Flagging this experience to 1. Call out how great Emma and Michele always are but 2. To check with your patients if they schedule something and are okay changing it up mid appointment (if it affects the price) or calling it out. I'm in the room without a watch and unaware of the time so the only person aware is the person doing the service so think it should be flagged if time is approaching or going over and a reminder on costs.
