• The conversation and the willingness to just listen to my concerns. I've been to a few other dermatologists and plastic surgeons and none of them went into the detail that I got from my appointment at SkinMD. I also had Covid and now have a lot of sensitivities that are really unpredictable, so I'm really nervous about allergic reactions etc. Jessica was so respectful of that and gave me options and realities of a few things I could do. It was so nice to not be disregarded.
