• Great service as always. Very friendly staff. Several suggestions to promote spa/relaxation atmosphere: When waiting during numbing pre-treatment(sometimes up to 1hour), staff could offer : tv to watch, to lower lights in room for relaxation, a blanket, suggest to client in pre-arrival call/email to bring own earbuds/headphones for music/podcast etc.
