• Jessica was awesome. Even though she was busy, she answered a bunch of my complicated questions, never made me feel rushed, and was super pleasant and well-informed. In addition, I had a kind of awkward, potentially embarrassing issue that she handled with great delicacy and sensitivity and made me feel ok about it--very willing to accommodate my unique request.
