• Great Customer service upon entering, was a little early so I was offered to go into the relaxation room. That was a wonderful way to wait for Kim. Once kim came, she was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable for our brow appointment. She did an AMAZING job on my brows. Was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back

• I had a facial and chemical peel with Rosanna at Skin Matrix. First off all what a beautiful med spa. Secondly, Rosanna was beyond amazing. She has the perfect touch and motion that had me on cloud nine. She is very well versed in skin care and educated me on how to keep my skin flawless at home as well. Will definitely return and recommend Skin Matrix to everyone!

• Super friendly and knowledgeable front of spa staff. I got in for a consultation right away. Dr. Blanca Orloff was so patient with all of my questions and fears of having botox for the first time. I never felt rushed or pressured. She explained how the fat and muscles of the face change with age and which procedures would produce the desired results. I can't wait to see the results in a few days. Oh and the spa is so beautiful, clean, and relaxing.

• Dr Blanka Orloff is a master with fillers and other facial treatments. I have gone to Skin Matrix since they opened, & with every treatment the results Exceed my expectations. Dr George Orloff has been working with me for 10 years, & I would not entrust my face to any other group of doctors in Southern Calif. All my friends tell me how good & 'natural' I look! And no one believes me if I tell them my real age...! This is the best place you could come, full stop.

• I had got great service at skin matrix . The staff is excellent . Dr. Blanka is great and does her job very well . I had done laser hair removal and IPL and she has make my skin looking better . I also have done facials and microdermabrasion and Patricia is the best . She takes her time and explain and takes time to listen and does a wonderful job on my skin . I recommend this place for everybody . I am so happy I had found a great place in my area . I give the place a 10 because is clean and they got the modern tools to make me look beautiful .
