• I always feel like the staff are friendly and welcoming. It can be intimidating to walk into beauty facilities, it never is at Skin Matrix. Dr. Orloff takes time to address any concerns and gives me honest feedback about the best course of action for any injectable treatments I'm interested in. I never feel rushed and Dr. Orloff makes me feel comfortable right away. Obviously getting needles in my face isn't painless, but she is as gentle as possible and takes it slow. I've been happy with my results each time!!! It's amazing to be able to give myself the gift of a refresh at Skin Matrix. I'm moving to Santa Clarita, but I will still come back for my touch ups with Dr. Orloff. Thank you, Skin Matrix!!!
