• I chose 10 because all aspects of customer service have been met, e.g. scheduling, timeliness upon arrival, friendliness of staff at office, rates for servicesare competitive, location convenience, office is clean and facilities are welcoming for spa and cosmetic surgery services. Staff is always welcoming andpersonable and well-informed.
