• Overall great experience. I would have liked to know before I booked that there would be 2 hours of downtime and that I would be VERY red when I left my appointment. I'm glad I didn't have anywhere important to be afterwards.

• the nurse who treated me with the laser was amazing. it came down to a little thing. The times I was in before, I always got a mask. Yesterday was the day before my birthday and when I asked about the mask, I was told I had to be a member. Even if the policy changed, any place else would have given me one as a birthday gift and thank you. You're prices have gone up and with that experience it just seems like it's all about money and not customer relations
