• Staff and and reception are great. Chase and CJ are always welcoming, informative, explained the new treatments and billing? and are on top of things. I am giving a 9 because honestly the the new treatments since the recent "redo" isn't as good as it used to be. I have been a regular client for over a year and aand do 2 treatments a month. I miss the "pulse light" and gel. I really miss the cooling hyaluronic spray that came after the ultra fractional treatment. The serums used now aren't the same, and you can really feel the difference. Especially after the ultra fractional treatment. I feel as if the prices have gone up but the treatments have been minimalized as well as stripped down. I used to do the Carbon a lot too but haven't compared the "new" carbon treatment yet. But I am very disappointed that the cooling hyaluronic spray and the "pulse light" with gel have been discontinued. This might change me from signing up for the new plan.

• The staff is A1 when it comes to customer service. Courteous, very informative(all staff) I asked a lot of questions it being my first time. They were helpful, patient, and the procedure itself was great! I could see the difference right away. I'm definitely continuing the service and recommendation given.

• It was my first visit to skin laundry and I found it thoroughly enjoyable. CJ and the staff were very knowledgeable very welcoming and explain things very well. My daughter has been a few times so we made it a family affair and I will definitely look forward to the next treatment there!!!!
