• I wish I could remember peoples names but I can't. The girl at the front with the shaved head was bright, polite, and efficient. She is an absolute doll. My nurse was really great too. She explained each piece of the procedure and her demeanor was super warm, friendly and professional. I love the West Hollywood location the best. I've never been disappointed with any of the staff there. Thank you for doing a great job!
