• Connor is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful employee. She is the only person it seems who knows how to use the accounting software to use the old points system to pay for enhancements, etc. I purchased many points prior to Skin Laundry’s menu changes, but most of the front desk employees have no idea how to access them and apply them to customer payment. This is a serious problem. I’m giving my experience a high score only because Connor knows what she is doing and is very friendly as well. Please train your employees how to process customer payments utilizing points from the old services menu.
