• I love Skin Laundry and the people that work there. I do have a critique about one employee, I think her name is Ani. When she removes the gel and cleanses your face at the end, she is so sloppy and careless. I've had her multiple times now and she pushes the gel up into your nose, into your mouth, she has dropped it on my hair before. It feels like she leaves a mess and then lightly passes the toner and moisturizer across your face before sending you out. I think she needs more training or to shadow other employees, because the rest are STELLAR. Love the West Hollywood location.
